The Cottage Company Devon offers a service to ensure that the necessary holiday rental requirements are met and can happily arrange all routine and mandatory electrical, gas and boiler inspections on behalf of property owners. In addition, The Cottage Company can also offer expert advice regarding Tourist Board requirements, including new participants to the scheme, liaison with Tourist Board agents and overseeing the inspection process. We will also endeavour to keep owners informed of any changes or updates to the grading system and fulfil the associated requirements such as Fire Safety assessments.
