Property Owners : Gardening and Maintenance
The Cottage Company Devon can also provide gardening and maintenance services for property owners on a routine or ad hoc basis. Regular maintenance is a key consideration in older properties and helps to avoids more serious and costly issues occurring. In offering this service we can ensure that any maintenance jobs are seen to in a timely manner, to avoid disrupting rentals, whilst allowing owners to enjoy the time spent at their property without a long list of jobs to do! We currently have a roster of local gardeners and trades person to cater for all requirements. Please contact us to discuss further.
The Cottage Company Devon will also act as an emergency contact for guests, with call outs charged to owners at an agreed rate.
