Property Owners : Rental Assessment
The Cottage Company Devon provides a rental assessment service. This consists of a full report detailing what grading you can look to achieve at the current property condition and what will be required to get it to the level you require. We are also happy to provide costs to get the property to the level required and indicate whether it would be a property we would be happy to market following completion of any works required.
The assessment is a great way of evaluating a property prior to purchase or change of usage to ensure it is going to be a good holiday rental investment and it will give you an indication of potential income yields.
The fee for the detailed inspection and subsequent report is £250 and requires a day to complete.
Once your property meets the quality level required to be managed by The Cottage Company Devon, and assuming we have indicated at the assessment that we would be happy to manage your property, we will deduct this rental assessment fee out of your first owner payment.
