Overview
Vine Cottage is located in the centre of this historic town, conveniently placed to enjoy the wide selection of independent shops, restaurants and cafes right on your doorstep.
This stylish cottage has a lovely open and bright feel. The sitting room has stripped wooden floors and neutral décor with two arm chairs and a three seater sofa and a new flat screen TV and DVD player. This leads to a fabulous, spacious eat-in kitchen with a table that seats five making it the perfect place to get-together and enjoy dinner with friends and family.
To the rear of the property is a delightful garden room providing useful additional living space - ideal for relaxing and enjoying the evening sun, or for use as a playroom, as a selection of children's books and toys are provided. In addition, there is also a decked private courtyard garden with outside table and chairs for you to enjoy.
Upstairs the master bedroom has a luxurious feel, with double bed and stylish décor. There is also a second small double bedroom with fitted wardrobe and a pretty single bedroom - offering flexible accommodation for families or couples. The luxury fully-tiled family bathroom is also upstairs and has a shower over bath, sink and toilet.
Topsham has lots to offer visitors all year round with a friendly atmosphere, local events and even an outdoor swimming pool. A real haven for foodies, Topsham has a weekly farmers market and an excellent selection of restaurants, cafes and pubs. Close Proximity to the Cathedral City of Exeter and a local railway station means that Topsham is an ideal location for visitors who do not want to rely on their car during their stay. The local beaches at Exmouth (sandy) and Budleigh Salterton (pebbles) are only 10 minutes drive away from Topsham.
A private off-road parking space is available nearby.
Note: Vine Cottage is adjacent to Wisteria Cottage which sleeps 4 - and may be useful for families or groups holidaying together.
Due to the central location of this holiday cottage please be aware that a level of road noise may be experienced.
