Ottery St Mary Farmers Market - Friday the 5th of February. Fresh local produce including all varieties of meats, cheeses, cakes and preserves. Open 9am to 1pm. For more information contact the Ottery St Mary Tourist Information Centre on: 01404 813964.  

Crediton Farmers Market - Saturday the 6th of February 2010, 10am - 1pm. Quality local produce. Voted Best South West Farmers Market 2005. With over 35 stalls this is the largest farmers market in Devon and has been voted the Best Farmers Market in Devon for two years running in the Devon Life Food & Drink Awards. Powderham Castle Antiques & Fine Art Fair - Friday 12th to Sunday the 14th of February. Leading antique dealers and art galleries from across the South West will be exhibiting at the Powderham Castle. This is Widely described as the most prestigious event of its kind in the region, the fair offers a rare opportunity to view and buy a wide range of art and antiques with prices to suit every pocket.

Exeter Farmers Market - A wide variety of fresh local West Country foods are available to try and buy at the Exeter's Farmers Market. The market runs every Thursday throughout the year on the junction of South Street and Fore Street. 9am - 2pm.  

Valentines Drive-In Movies - Heart FM are taking over Westpoint to screen two great movie classics:

Saturday 13th February - It's all about Sandy, Danny and those Summer nights with Grease

Sunday 14th February - It's romantic mishaps and big pants with Bridget Jones Diary

In true American Drive-In movie style, you'll listen to the film via your car radio as you enjoy it from the comfort of your warm car.

Guided Bird Watching Cruises - Stuart Line Cruises - There are a number of cruises from Exmouth Marina. A full timetable of February's cruises is available on there website. The vessel has an open top deck and an enclosed and heated lower deck. Toilets and disabled access is available as well as a refreshments bar selling hot and cold drinks including homemade soup and snacks. Advanced Booking is strongly recommended for these popular cruises. 

Honiton Farmers Market -  Thursday the 18th of February 2010. A wide variety of local produce will be on offer, including: homemade cakes and pies, rare breed pork, ostrich produce, fresh meat, venison, fresh vegetables, cheese, jam and flowers.

Powderham Castle - The Wedding Show, 10am to 4pm -Saturday 27 February 2010 and Sunday 28 February 2010. Following the success of last year's Wedding Show, Archant Weddings South West have arranged another fantastic bridal experience for all future brides. It is a not to be missed opportunity to meet over 120 wedding service providers and discover how they can make your wedding day wishes come true.

The spectacular show will be held throughout the stunning Castle rooms and inside a fabulous marquee in the grounds. Apart from all the wonderful expert advice, you will find inspiration at the glamorous fashion show and be able to treat your taste buds to a glass of bubbly or two at the champagne bar.
