No set-up costs or annual membership fees!
There are no set up costs or annual membership fees to add your property to our growing portfolio of luxury holiday cottages, we will also photograph your property and add it to our website, brochure and booking system for free. Go to our "Rental Services" page for more information on the two property management options we provide.
We do not restrict property owners from using their properties at any time of year. Please note if owners choose to use their properties in the peak weeks of the year the annual property income will be lower than expected. Please contact us to discuss the expected annual rental yields for your property.
We have an extensive roster of local trades people and cater for the majority of requirements from basic refurbishment to complete renovations.
